Saturday morning I meet with Liz. She had kindly offered to take me shopping in France at a bio-store. It was a very nice surprise. First the store was not to far away but I see when I had never notices it before when I drove this way. It is doesn't have a huge flashy sigh outside. Just a nice green and yellow sign. I already forgot the name of the shop other than it begins with an S. My spelling is no good so I won't even try. The store had everything -neatly stored on shelves. However, the most fantastic thing was all the fresh vegetables. Most shops in Geneva have a small section of fresh bio products - but you almost get the feeling that they have it because it is the right thing to do not because the really care. If you are lucky the have 5-6 different things and not of it looks particular fresh. Of course it could just be that I come the day before they clear out and get new products in. Any way I shopped and I shopped I filled something like 10 different paper bags with all kind of veggies avocados, squash, onions, salad (3 different kinds), bananas, pears ect. Basically Liz and I filled up an entire shopping cart!!! and i was so surprised when I had to pay. Only 55 Euro! I felt like I was getting a barging. At least at that point I feel like I had a weeks worth of groceries for 55 Euros. I am not so sure anymore - but that is just because when you have to prepare a entire meal out of veggies you need a lot more that you think cause it is not because I am eating to much. For that I am certain ...
I'm saying this because I actually feel quite tired all the time at the moment and I think it is partly becaue I eat less than normally and also because my body needs to adjust to new sources of energy. But in a weeks time I will hopefully be bouzing about due to new energy!
